Returns
Returns are accepted.
However, the Client must contact TRU REMOTEINDUSTRIAL WELDING EQUIPMENT LTD by PHONE prior to shipping the return.
All returns must have a return ticket number from TRU REMOTE INDUSTRIAL WELDING EQUIPMENT LTD. Head office.
Warranty
One Year Warranty on MANUFACTURE defects.
All claims will be considered and processed most efficiently to get clients’ equipment back in service.
Handheld Transmitter Warranty will be prorated over the 12-month period due to the inability for TRU REMOTE to control Care & Concern, Environment and Abuse the HANDHELD TRANSMITTER may experience while in service.
