Tru Remote will contact each Client by Email or by Phone withing 24 hours to confirm order, accessories and shipping address. Tru Remote products will typically ship within 2 to 3 days of confirmation and payment.

Warranty
One Year Warranty on MANUFACTURE defects.
All claims will be considered and processed most efficiently to get clients’ equipment back in service.
Handheld Transmitter Warranty will be prorated over the 12-month period due to the inability for TRU REMOTE to control Care & Concern, Environment and Abuse the HANDHELD TRANSMITTER may experience while in service.
